Panther Sports Club - Deposit / Refund Policy

In House Sports: Slow Pitch Softball, Volleyball and Basketball:

1. $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of registration.
2. Refund for any reason after start of season - 0% refund
3. Refund due to special circumstances - must contact Commissioner.

Fastpitch Softball:

1. $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of Fall Ball registration.
2. Deposits for Travel Teams is NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. Refund for any reason prior to player being added to a team - 100% refund
4. Refund for any reason after player is added to a team, prior to first Fall/Winter Training* or first game - 50% refund.
5. Refund for any reason after first Fall/Winter Training* or first game - 0% refund.
6. Refund due to special circumstances - must contact Commissioner.

*Fall/Winter Training can consist of practices or batting cages paid for or arranged through Panther Sports Club using outside training facilities or schools.

3% Service charge for credit card payments

NON-REFUNDABLE

The service charge is collected by the credit merchant for each transaction and cannot be refunded by Panther Sports Club..
